The Amazon coupon codes work like this, there is a finite beginning date and end date for the Amazon promo code to work, sometimes 3 days sometimes 4 days sometimes 5 days. So you need to be sure to check the dates so that the Amazon promo code is still valid.

My strategy for the promo codes is to buy it, even if you don't need them. You may or may not agree with me but hear me out … you are purchasing an item at a huge discount, you can just keep it until you do need it or maybe there will be a chance for you to gift it. I’m sometimes a last-minute gift shopper and if there is something cool that I’ve purchased laying around in my “misc” drawer then that saves me time and money! My rationale is this - it's not so bad spending money if you're saving money.
